Evergreen Digital Solution develops and manages the LB - Lohana Book web portal and mobile application for Lohana Samaj members across the world. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, how members can control visibility of their details, and how we protect that information.

By creating an account or using this portal, you confirm that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. It should be read together with the Terms for Users.

We collect information that you provide during registration and profile updates, including your name, contact details, address, date of birth, family details, education and profession information, matrimonial preferences (if enabled), business listing details (if enabled), profile photograph, cover photograph, and government-issued identity documents required for verification.
Identity documents and certain registration proofs are used only for membership verification and portal administration. They are not displayed publicly on member profiles.
We use your information to create and manage your account, verify Lohana community eligibility, approve or review profile changes, enable social networking, matrimonial, business directory, organization, and chat features, send important service notices, and improve the portal.
On the Lohana Book portal and mobile applications, any member can configure settings to keep private—either at the time of registration or at any later stage by using the Edit Profile option—any details they do not wish to make public.
Information that you choose to make public may be visible to other approved members, and in some cases on public profile pages indexed by search engines, depending on the feature and your privacy settings.
Regarding the Lohana Book, the Evergreen Group—through a formal legal agreement with Evergreen Digital Solutions—retains the right to share member data from the Lohana Book portal and mobile applications with any organization working for charitable purposes for the Lohana community, or with any company established under Section 8 of the Indian Companies Act, 2013, that operates for the charitable objectives of the Lohana community.
Regarding Lohana Book, Evergreen and Evergreen Digital Solution hereby declare through this privacy policy that they will not share member data from the Lohana Book portal and mobile applications with any third-party individual, institution, or business organization—except for organizations working for charitable purposes for the Lohana community or companies established under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013, that have entered into an agreement with Evergreen and Evergreen Digital Solution.
However, it reserves the right to use data from the Lohana Book portal and mobile applications for advertising purposes on the Lohana Book portal and mobile applications, as well as on other portals and mobile applications operated by Evergreen Firm or Evergreen Digital Solutions.
Administrators may access registration and profile information for approval, support, safety, and compliance with the Terms. Accounts that violate the Terms or misuse the portal may be rejected, suspended, or deleted.
We store personal data on secured systems and take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so members should also keep login credentials confidential.
Chat messages, posts, photos, videos, and other content you upload are stored to provide portal features. You remain responsible for content you share with other members.
We may use essential cookies or similar technologies required for login sessions, language preference, and secure operation of the website and mobile application.
You may request correction of inaccurate personal information through your profile edit options. Changes that require administrator review will become public only after approval.
If you wish to deactivate or remove your account, you may contact portal support. Rejected or suspended accounts may also be permanently deleted by administrators together with associated records, as permitted under portal administration rules.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the portal after an update means you accept the revised policy.

તમે જાહેર કરેલી માહિતી અન્ય મંજૂર સભ્યોને અને, કેટલીક સુવિધાઓ તથા તમારી ગોપનીયતા સેટિંગ્સ મુજબ, શોધ એન્જિન પર ઇન્ડેક્સ થતા જાહેર પ્રોફાઇલ પેજ પર દેખાઈ શકે છે.
'લોહાણા બુક' (Lohana Book) અંગે, એવરગ્રીન ગ્રુપ — 'એવરગ્રીન ડિજિટલ સોલ્યુશન્સ' સાથેના ઔપચારિક કાનૂની કરાર દ્વારા — 'લોહાણા બુક' પોર્ટલ અને મોબાઇલ એપ્લિકેશન્સ પરના સભ્યોના ડેટાને, લોહાણા સમુદાય માટે સેવાભાવી કાર્યો કરતી કોઈપણ સંસ્થા અથવા 'ભારતીય કંપની અધિનિયમ, ૨૦૧૩'ની કલમ ૮ હેઠળ સ્થપાયેલી અને લોહાણા સમુદાયના સેવાભાવી ઉદ્દેશ્યો માટે કાર્ય કરતી કોઈપણ કંપની સાથે શેર કરવાનો અધિકાર પોતાની પાસે રાખે છે.
લોહાણા બુક બાબતે "એવરગ્રીન" અને "એવરગ્રીન ડિજિટલ સોલ્યુશન" 'લોહાણા બુક' પોર્ટલ અને મોબાઇલ એપ્લિકેશન્સ પરના સભ્યોની વિગત ડેટા એવરગ્રીન અને એવરગ્રીન ડિજિટલ સોલ્યુશન સાથે કરારબધ્ધ લોહાણા સમાજ માટે ચેરિટેબલ હેતુ માટે કામ કરતી સંસ્થા અથવા 'ભારતીય કંપની અધિનિયમ, ૨૦૧૩'ની કલમ ૮ હેઠળ સ્થપાયેલી કંપની સિવાય અન્ય કોઈ ત્રાહિત વ્યક્તિ, સંસ્થા કે બિઝનેસ ઓર્ગેનાઇઝેશન સાથે શેર નહીં કરે, એ બાબત આ પ્રાઈવેસી પોલિસી દ્વારા જાહેર કરે છે.
પરંતુ "લોહાણા બુક" પોર્ટલ અને મોબાઇલ એપ્લિકેશન્સ તેમજ એવેરગ્રીન અથવા એવરગ્રીન ડિજિટલ સોલ્યુશન દ્વારા ઓપરેટ થતાં અન્ય પોર્ટલ અને મોબાઇલ એપ્લિકેશન્સ પર જાહેર ખબર માટે 'લોહાણા બુક' પોર્ટલ અને મોબાઇલ એપ્લિકેશન્સ પરનો ડેટા ઉપયોગ કરવા હક્ક અબાધિત રાખે છે.
મંજૂરી, સહાય, સુરક્ષા અને નિયમોના પાલન માટે એડમિનિસ્ટ્રેટર નોંધણી અને પ્રોફાઇલ માહિતી જોઈ શકે છે. નિયમોનું ઉલ્લંઘન કરનાર એકાઉન્ટ નકારી, સસ્પેન્ડ અથવા કાઢી શકાય છે.

લૉગિન સેશન, ભાષા પસંદગી અને સુરક્ષિત કામગીરી માટે જરૂરી કુકીઝ અથવા સમાન ટેક્નોલોજીનો ઉપયોગ થઈ શકે છે.
ખોટી વ્યક્તિગત માહિતી સુધારવા માટે તમે પ્રોફાઇલ સંપાદન વિકલ્પોનો ઉપયોગ કરી શકો છો. એડમિન સમીક્ષા જરૂરી હોય તેવા ફેરફારો મંજૂરી પછી જ જાહેર થાય છે.
એકાઉન્ટ નિષ્ક્રિય અથવા કાઢી નાખવા માંગતા હો તો પોર્ટલ સપોર્ટનો સંપર્ક કરો. નકારેલા કે સસ્પેન્ડેડ એકાઉન્ટ્સ વહીવટી નિયમો મુજબ સંબંધિત રેકોર્ડ સાથે કાયમી કાઢી શકાય છે.
